Document Acknowledgements: To notarize the true identity of the signers.

Jurats: From the latin "to swear", a jurat is a certification that a signer has made a voluntary signature in the notary's presence (that's me) and taken an oath of affirmation vouching for the truthfullness of the signed document.

Subscribing Witnesses: I may certify a signature by means of a third party who witnessed the signing of a document by someone unable to appear before me.

Oath/Affirmations: These are solemn declarations that an affidavit is true.

Mobile Notary Signing Agent: I will receive your loan documents from the closing agent or the lender and bring them to you at your home or office. I will then conduct the signing, notarize what is required and expedite the return of the loan package for funding and closing.
