| Notary fees are: Mobile Notary Signing Agent Fees: $95 base fee for the first set of loan documents (up to 2 signers). $25 for the second set of loan documents (or each additional signer). $125
for a combo loan (i.e. land/construction/permanent financing).
$ 50 for printing loan documents emailed to me. Normally, the loan documents are delivered to the closing company for
copying and shipping. In some cases, expedited shipping or additional
copying may be necessary. Fees are: $ 40 for overnight shipping. $ 25 for a copy package. Fees for documents that are not related to loans (authorization to travel, living trusts, affidavits): $ 75 base fee per document.
